Turtle Bay is located on the North Shore of O’ahu and is approximately 50 minutes from the Honolulu Airport.

Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is 11am.

Please contact us in advance to see if we can accommodate and early check in or late check out.

Before your stay, we will send your check in information via email. This includes the entry instructions. Check the email that you have registered with Vrbo for that information. If you can’t find it, contact us directly.

There is a gated parking lot with an assigned parking space for Villa 217. The front gate has a passcode that can be found in your check in information email. Please make sure you enter the “gate code” and not the “door code”.

Parking at the villas is free and there is no valet. There will be a parking pass for your stay inside the villa once you arrive, please be sure to leave this on the dash of your car. There are also a few additional guest spots if you have friends visiting.

Though Ocean Villa 217 is on the second floor, it is conveniently located near an elevator. There are no steps inside the villa however the bathroom is not designed for handicap accessibility.

Our Villa is about 60 feet from the beach and our lanai looks directly out to the ocean. It is about a 2 minute walk from 217’s front door to the sandy and protected Kuilima Cove. Additionally, from the beach outside our condo you can walk for miles in either direction and enjoy beautiful remote beaches.

Yes there is a heated zero edge pool and jacuzzi. There are also chaise lounges with shades and an outdoor shower.

Yes. There is a washer and dryer located in the bathroom closet. Detergent is also provided. The detergent will either be located in the bathroom closet where the W/D is or under the bathroom sink.

Yes. There are two community grills for villa renters only. They are located between the pool and the two beach gates. You can find grilling utensils in your villa kitchen.

Yes. These will be located in the main closet next to the king bed on the top shelf. Please do not use the white bath towels outside the condo. Use only the beach towels from the closet when you are out and about. Please also return these to the villa as they are only meant for this individual unit.

Yes. There is a private locker for Villa 217 with beach gear. There should be two chairs, various sizes of snorkels, masks, and fins, as well as a boogie board, and more. Feel free to take these with you on your beach adventures and please return them to the locker before you check out.

Yes. There is a queen sized pull out soda with a luxury gel mattress. It is suitable for adults and much more comfortable than your typical hotel sofa bed.

Yes. This unit has its own high speed wifi network. The password information will be sent with your check in email before your stay. You can also find it inside the unit located on the wifi network box near the TV.

This villa is designed for adult stays. While it can accommodate children, it is intended for adults. It does not provide any amenities for children. Feel free to contact us if you have a specific question regarding this topic. Mahalo!

Yes! The North Shore is a perfect place to celebrate your relationship. Many couples enjoy this villa and we personally know several people who have gotten married here or stayed in our villa for their honeymoon. This villa is located in the private wing of the Ocean Villas and faces only the ocean so it’s perfect for a romantic get away.

The Ocean Villas have substantially larger floor plans than the standard sized hotel rooms offered at the resort. By renting through us you also avoid the $35/day parking fee and the $60-$90/day resort fee required at the hotel. The Villas are outfitted with full kitchens, large master bathrooms, spacious lanai balconies with a dining table and chaise, a pool and jacuzzi reserved only for villa guests, and provides the closest access to the beach.

The hotel pool is for hotel guests only. The Ocean Villas have a private pool and jacuzzi that is reserved for Villa guests and is less crowded than the hotel pools.

Technically the gym is reserved for hotel guests however there are affordable classes offered daily at the hotel gym available to anyone.

We do not offer room service at this villa.

We love them however pets are not allowed in the unit.

The Ocean Villas are a strictly no smoking premises. There is no smoking allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. You must be 100 feet from the building to smoke.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you left an item behind in the villa. If you are not too far away, our housekeepers may be able to help you retrieve the item after checkout. If you are too far away, we can ship the item to you however we ask that you reimburse the shipping expense.
